1. Data controller

2. Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with Articles 28 (habeas data) and 60 (protection of honour, private life and intimacy) of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Decree-Law on Data Messages and Electronic Signatures, the Special Law against Computer Crimes and the data-protection criteria of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. Infrastructure providers located in the European Union are additionally subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data we collect

Identification and contact: name, email, phone and, when provided for invoicing, tax ID and fiscal address.

Order and service data: contracted services, domains, plans, dates, amounts, currency, applied BCV rate, invoices and support communications.

Payment data: reference, bank and phone used for Pago Móvil or transfers; PayPal or Binance Pay transaction identifiers. We never store card numbers, banking credentials or credentials for those platforms.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time, server logs and analytics events.

Preferences: currency, language and cart contents, stored in your browser.

Hosted content: the files, databases and emails you host are processed by eCloud solely as a technical processor to provide the service; you are their controller.

4. Purposes and basis

Performing the contract: creating your account, activating and managing services, verifying payments, issuing invoices, providing support and notifying renewals, expiries and incidents.

Legal obligations: invoicing and record-keeping required by tax and commercial regulations, and responding to requests from competent authorities.

Security and fraud prevention: detecting unauthorized access, platform abuse, chargebacks and prohibited activity.

Service improvement: aggregate analysis of site usage. Our own marketing communications only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

5. Where your data is hosted and international transfers

Hosting, email and backup infrastructure is contracted from data-center providers located in Miami (United States) and Germany (European Union). Order and customer data for server-ecloud.com is hosted on that same infrastructure.

By contracting, you expressly authorize this international transfer and hosting. We require those providers to apply security measures, encryption in transit and at rest where available, and contractual confidentiality and processing-on-instruction commitments.

6. Processors and third parties with access

We share data only with providers needed to deliver the service: data centers (Miami and Germany) and the Plesk management platform; the ICANN-accredited domain registrar, which receives your registrant details to register the domain in your name; NIC.ve for .ve domains; the PayPal and Binance Pay gateways for foreign-currency payments; the transactional email provider that sends our notifications; and the site analytics tool.

We may disclose data to competent judicial or administrative authorities upon a valid request, and to professional advisers bound by confidentiality.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use browser storage and technical cookies to remember your currency, language and cart, and analytics cookies to measure site usage in aggregate. You may delete or block them from your browser; the site will keep working, although you will need to choose your preferences again.

8. Retention

We keep order, payment and invoice data for the periods required by Venezuelan tax and commercial regulations. Data from terminated services is deleted 30 days after expiry or cancellation, except what is needed for invoicing, defending claims or legal compliance. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

9. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, update or deletion, object to non-essential communications and withdraw consent where that is the basis of processing, by writing to info@server-ecloud.com from your registered email or from the panel. We respond within 10 business days. Deleting data required for the service or by law may result in termination of the service or be deferred until the legal retention period ends.

10. Minors

The services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we detect an account created by a minor without a guardian's authorization, we will delete it.

11. Security and incident management

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption on the site and panel, provider credentials stored only on the server, verification of every payment against its source before activating services, daily backups and access controls. No system is infallible: if an incident affects your data, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of confirming it, with recommended measures.

12. Changes

We publish any change to this policy with its update date. If the change is material, we notify you by email before it takes effect.
